Banana screen working principle

1. Principle:
banana screen adopts the principle of equal thickness screening and multi-angle screen surface;
2. How to vibrate:
the vibration exciter is installed on the side plate of the screen box, and connected to it by the motor through a triangular belt or soft connection. The motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate, producing centrifugal inertia force, and forcing the screen box to vibrate.
3. Operation process:
the motion track of the banana screen box is elliptical, and the screen surface has a relatively large inclination (20 °). After the material falls into the screen from the feeding end, it moves forward quickly under the action of the vibrating force, and the screen is loose, so as to complete the screening operation.

Design details of Banana screen

(1) The screen surface is in the shape of a broken line, and the angle gradually decreases from the feed end to the discharge end. The screen surface is divided into five sections according to different angles. Every two rows of screen plates are a slope, and the screen is sequentially arranged from the feed end to the discharge end. The difference is 5.5°, 25°, 19.5°, 14°, 8.5° and 3° respectively.

(2) The screen plate is made of polyurethane and stainless steel bars, and the screen plate is surrounded by polyurethane material, which has the characteristics of good wear resistance and low noise. The middle is a stainless steel screen, which has the characteristics of high strength, grinding and high porosity compared with other materials.
(3) The installation structure of the screen plate is simple. There is no bolt connection between the screen plate and the screen plate, relying on the plastic tight fit of the polyurethane material, the screen plate is not easy to loosen, which reduces the occurrence of accidents. There is a protective cover strip between the screen plate rail seat and the supporting beam, so that the bolts under the rail seat will not be corroded and worn by coal water or slurry
(4) The vibrator adopts an integral box-type vibrator. The vibrator is installed on the girder on the upper part of the screen box. The box is equipped with a driving shaft and a driven shaft, and each shaft has a pair of eccentric blocks with the same weight. The two shafts of the gear rotate synchronously and reversely, so that the eccentric block rotates, and centrifugal force is generated to form an exciting force. The eccentric blocks are arranged in pairs outside the exciter box, which makes the structure inside the box compact, and the gear pairs are installed in the box, with reliable lubrication and stable transmission.
(5) The transmission system is simple: the transmission system consists of a motor, which is driven by three V-belts to the universal connection shaft, and the universal connection shaft is connected to the vibrator by the connection wheel, thereby eliminating the connection length and axis caused by the vibration of the vibrating screen. change in angle
(6) The fastening structure of the protective cover strips on both sides of the screen surface is simple, coarsely connected and firm. The two contact surfaces of the protective cover strips on both sides of the screen surface are inclined surfaces with a large contact area.
